Inquisitor Hans Theobalthus Mannheim

Greetings,

And now the Inquisitor himself:

Inquisitor Hans Theobalthus Mannheim - Ordo Malleus, Radical - Possible Xanthist.

Inquisitor Mannheim began his career with a pure soul, but as many others before him, the world became more and more grey as years passed..

As Mannheim became more and more radical in belief, so did his methods become more and more shady and doubtful.

Forbidden lore and the uses of prohibited texts and grimoires has been turned into weapons and 

has enhanced his psychic abilities further.

As well as using forbidden texts, Mannheim carries the Daemon sword Spite - a sword that has been a decisive factor in countless encounters.

Several associates of Mannheim claims that hasen't aged a day since the sword came into his possession.

A disturbing thought for Mannheim, but one he is able to live with, as long as the sword keeps him in shape his righteous task in service of his beloved Emperor.

Inquisitor Mannheim is a man of a very direct, and often brutal nature.

His tactics are mostly based on violence and overwhelming force, and will stop at nothing to see his missions succeed.

I have always been fascinated by the Inquisition novels, sketches and fluff.
The Eisenhorn and Ravenor books, as well as the images of Blanche's art, have been very inspiring for me.

My first retinue will be that of a radical Malleus Inquisitor:

Inquisitor Hans Theobalthus Mannheim, Ordo Malleus, Radical - possible Xanthist.

Let me present the first model:

And so the journey begins..

For a while I have been following the blogs and posts of others, as they journeyed through the Gothic Inquisitor 28 universe.

I have been deeply inspired by the likes of Blanche, PDH, Molotov, Neil101, Migsula, JRN, Fulgrim, Krauscientist and several other Inq 28 aficionados.

Recently I decided to start down the Inq 28 road myself.
Although I am neither as skilled, or as gifted as the abovementioned gentlemen, I will give it my best.
The blog will be about converting and painting Inq 28 models.

The wife and I run a small blog on a Danish hobby community called powerfist.
The blog contains or work and hobby articles, ranging from 40k, Fantasy, Inq 28 and other projects.

I have never before had a 'real' blog - and I must admit that several of the functions and technicalities elude my cognitive functions - but I will give it my best anyways :)
